【摘要】 目的探讨胃大部切除术后功能性排空障碍的病因、发生机制、诊断及治疗。方法回顾性分析1993年1月~2002年12月563例胃切除术后发生功能性排空障碍的29例病人的临床表现、病因及治疗结果。结果26例病人通过非手术治疗痊愈,2例病人由于肠粘连肠梗阻2次手术,1例死亡。结论胃大部切除术后功能性排空障碍发生的病因与精神因素等多种因素有关,通过消化道造影和胃镜检查可与机械性梗阻鉴别,心理治疗和促进胃动力药物及加强营养支持等非手术综合治疗有效,切忌盲目2次手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuse the etiology,mechanism,diagnosis and treatment of the functional emptying disturbance about post-operation of large partial gastrectomy.Methods From January 1993 to December 2002,the clinical situation,etiology and results of 29 patients who showed functional emptying disturbance after gastrectomy were retrospective analyzed.Results 26 patients were cured through non-operation way,2 patients were given the second operation due to intestinal adhesion,1 patient died.Conclusion The etiology of the functional emptying disturbance about post-operation of large partial gastrectomy was related to many causes including psyche factor.The functional emptying disturbance can be defferentiated from mechanical obstruction through contrast and gastroscopy examination.The non-operation treatment including psychotherapy and drugs was effective,the blind second operation should be avoided.更多还原
