【摘要】 目的:探讨K i-67表达、细胞凋亡与宫颈癌发生、发展之间的关系。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测K i-67表达及TUNEL法检测凋亡细胞标记指数(AI)。结果:从正常宫颈-C IN各级-宫颈癌,K i-67阳性细胞标记指数逐渐升高,而凋亡指数/K i-67阳性指数的比率呈逐渐下降趋势,且C IN各组与宫颈癌相比差异有显著性(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:K i-67的表达与宫颈癌的发生、发展有关,与凋亡标记结合应用,可用于判断宫颈病变的预后并指导临床治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the relationship between expression of Ki-67,cell apoptosis in cervical carcinogenesis.Methods:The expressions of Ki-67 were tested by immunohistochemistry assay and the apoptotic labeling indices were detected by TdT mediated dUTP-biotin nick and labeling method(TUNEL) in normal cervical epithelia,intraepithelia neoplasia and squamous cervical carcinoma tissue.Results:Ki-67 labeling indices increased gradually and the apoptotic labeling indices/Ki-67 labeling indices decreased gradually from normal cervical epithelia,intraepithelia neoplasia to squamous cervical carcinoma tissue(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:The expressions of Ki-67 and the apoptosis labeling indices are in correlation with the developing course of cervical squamous carcinoma premalignancy,they are significant in clinical treatment and prediction of cervix lesion.更多还原
