【摘要】 目的:探讨各类性分化异常患者染色体核型异常的发生规律。方法:对120例患者外周血淋巴细胞进行常规培养、制片、G显带核型分析,必要时做C带分析。结果:共检出异常核型32例,检出率为26.67%。结论:对疑为性分化异常的患者进行染色体检查,对临床诊断及指导治疗具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyse the regularity of various chromrsome anomalies among patients with sex differentiation abnorrmalities.Methods:Routine culture for the peripheral blood lymphocytes of 120 cases with sex differentiation abnorrmalities were made and G band karyotype were analysed.Results:32 cases of abnormal karyotype were detected,the detection rate is 26.67%.Conclusion:the detetion rates is very higher in patiens with sex differentiation anorrmalities,so it is very important to proceed chromosome examination for diagnosis and clinical treatment.更多还原
