【摘要】 目的:探讨腹腔灌注抗生素对兔盆腔炎的疗效和意义。方法:以3×108cfu/kg的大肠埃希菌接种于30只雌兔双侧输卵管系膜并注射至双侧输卵管制成兔盆腔炎的动物模型。将形成盆腔炎的动物随机分成2组,腹腔穿刺灌注(腹腔组)15例,静脉给药(静脉组)15例,治疗后1月剖腹探查观察疗效。结果:腹腔组治愈率为80.0%,有效率为93.3%;静脉组治愈率为13.3%,有效率为66.7%。两组有效率比较差异有显著性(P<0.005)。结论:腹腔穿刺灌注抗生素用于治疗兔盆腔炎疗效优于静脉给药,且方法简单,副作用少,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the treatment effects and significance of intraperitoneal antibiotic perfusion on rabbit pelvic inflammation.Methods:Healthy adult New Zealand rabbits were used in this experiment.Escherichia coli was inoculated on the surface of the perisalpinx and was injected fallopian tubes to observe in flammatory condition.30 rabbits with pelvic inflammatory disease were divided into two groups randomly: intraperitoneal group(treated by intraperitoneal) and venous group(treated by venous injection).One month later,the curative effects were studied by cutting the belly open.Results:Results:In intraperitoneal group,curative rate was 80.0%,effective rate was 93.3%,whereas in venous group,curative rate was 13.3%,effective rate was 66.7%.The effective rate had significant difference between two groups(P<0.005).Conclusion:The treatment effects of intraperitoneal antibiotic perfusion are better than those of venous administration.Furthermore,treating easily,having little side-effects,the method of intraperitoneal is valuable to treat pelvic inflammation clinically.更多还原
