【摘要】 目的探讨血清CA125在诊断子宫内膜异位症中的价值以及用于监测手术及药物疗效的作用。方法测定278例患者的血清CA125值,分为两组病例组,为113例的子宫内膜异位症患者;对照组,包括子宫肌瘤患者65例、卵巢良性肿瘤患者18例和正常育龄妇女80例。其中病例组分为75例的手术治疗组和38例的药物治疗组。结果①病例组的CA125阳性率为71.6%,其中Ⅰ期~Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期及Ⅳ期的阳性率分别为61.1%、71.9%及80.0%;对照组的阳性率为12.3%,,这两组之间存在显著性差异(P<0.01);②手术治疗组手术前后的CA125阳性率分别为73.3%和25.3%,两者之间存在显著性差异(P<0.01);药物治疗组治疗前后的CA125的阳性率分别为68.4%和28.9%,两者之间存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论血清CA125在诊断子宫内膜异位症中具有重要的价值,并可用于监测手术及药物的疗效及预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the value of serum CA125 in diagnosing endometriosis and the action of monitoring the effect of operation and drug.Methods:278 cases were divided into two groups: case group was composed of 113 cases with endometriosis; control group was composed of 65 with hysteromyoma,18 with ovarian benign tumor and 80 normal reproductive women. The case group was divided into operational treatment group with 75 cases and drug treatment group with 38 cases.Results:①The positive rate of serum CA125 of case group was 71.6%, the rate of Ⅰ～Ⅱ phase, Ⅲ phase and Ⅳ phase was 61.1%, 71.9% and 80.0% respectively; the positive rate of the control group was 12.3%; the difference of two groups was statistical significant (P<0.01); ②The positive rate of serum CA125 before and after operating were 73.3% and 25.3%, the difference of two groups was statistical significant (P<0.01); The positive rate of serum CA125 before and after drug treatment were 68.4% and 28.9% respectively, the difference of two groups was significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:Serum CA125 plays the important role in diagnosing endometrio sis and monitoring the effect of operation and drug and prognosis.更多还原
