【摘要】 目的:观察产舒康颗粒治疗产后恶露不绝的临床疗效。方法:将60例产后恶露不绝患者进行随机分组,对照组和治疗组各30例。治疗组给予口服产舒康颗粒,每次2袋,每日3次;对照组给予口服益母草片,每次5片,每日3次。7d为1个疗程。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为90.0%和83.3%。结论:产舒康颗粒具有活血祛瘀、促进子宫收缩之功效,对产后恶露不绝有明显治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chanshukang granule in treating postpartum lochiorrhea.Methods:60 women with postpartum lochiorrhea were randomized into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each. The treatment group were given Chanshukang granule,2 pouchs each time,3 times a day. The control group were given Yimucao tablet, 5 tablets each time,3 times a day. The treatment course lasted 7 days.Results:The total effective rates in the treatment group and the control group were 90.0% and 83.3% respectively.Conclusion:Chanshukang granule can remove stasis, stop bleeding and promote shrinking of uterus.
