【摘要】 目的:研究血清CA125水平变化在宫颈腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法:对17例宫颈腺癌治疗前的血清CA125水平进行了测定,了解其与临床分期、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、组织学分级的关系。结果:47%(8例)患者血清CA125水平≥30U/ml,CA125均值比较显示在宫颈腺癌Ⅱb以上分期,肿瘤直径>4cm,较低分化、淋巴结转移显著增高(P<0.05,P<0.01),CA125升高占总病例数比率在以上各组亦显著增高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:血清CA125以降低临界值为标准可作为宫颈腺癌诊断和预后判定的重要指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The purpose of this study was to determine the diagnostic significace of a pretreatment serum CA125 value in patients who were diagnosed with adenocarcinoma of the cervix.Methods:17 cases adenocarcinoma patients had pretreatment CA125 drawn.The relationship between CA125 value and FIGO stage、histologic grade、tumor diameer、lymph nodes metastases was evaluated.Results:47%(8 cases) of total cases have elevated serum CA125 value(≥30 u/ml),which was associated significantly with advanced FIGO stage、high histologic grade、tumor size and postive pelvic lymph nodes metastases(P<0.01,P<005).Conclusion:Serum CA125 could be an important diagnostic and prognostic marker for patients with cervical adenocarcinoma.更多还原
