【摘要】 目的　探讨CX4 3与癫痫之间的关系。方法　利用免疫组织化学方法、Westernblot方法测定KA致痫后大鼠不同脑区、不同时程的CX4 3的分布及表达。结果　KA致痫后大鼠的大脑皮层及海马均有CX4 3阳性表达。KA致痫后3h大鼠的海马各区及皮层CX4 3阳性细胞数逐渐增多,并持续上升,时程越长阳性细胞数目越多。上述变化在海马比皮层明显。结论　星形胶质细胞的缝隙连接与癫痫的发生和发展上有密切联系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between CX43 and epilepsy.Method The distribution and amount of CX43 was investigated in different brain area and different period with immunohistochemistry and Western blot.Result The male expression of CX43 can be observed in cerebral cortex and hippocampus area of the rat induced epilepsy by KA.Its level keep on the rising.Conclusion The GJ on the astrocyte formed with CX43 may play an important role in switching and developing the epilepsy.更多还原
