【摘要】 目的评价温州市流动人口涂阳肺结核病项目管理效果;为结核病控制规划提供科学依据。方法对门诊登记确诊的流动人口涂阳肺结核病人提供免费查治和实施DOTS管理。结果流动人口初治涂阳治愈率86.0%,复治涂阳治愈率76.0%;与全省常住人口初治治愈率85.6%一致,但是明显高于全省流动人口治愈率平均值61.5%。结论温州市加强流动人口结核病控制项目管理效果显著,DOTS策略得到扩展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of tuberculosis control of the floating population from other place in Wenzhou city and to provide the scientific evidence for policy makers of tuberculosis control program. Method To provide free diagnosis and treatment for pulmonary tuberculous patients of the floating population from outside of wenzhou.And carry out the DOTS management for the patients. Results There were 208 smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis cases registered.The cure rate of initial treatment cases with smear-positive was 85.0% and the rate of re-treatment cases with smear-positive was 75.0%.the treatment outcome was close to the outcome of the patient of the residents,which was about 85.6%,and was apparently higher than the average cure rate of the floating population,which was only 61.5% in Zhejiang province.The treatment was proved to be as effective as that of the patient of the resident. Conclusion With strengthened efforts on management of tuberculosis cases of the floating population from other place,treatment outcome could be achieved quite effective.DOTS strategy was expanded in Wenzhou city gradually.更多还原
