【摘要】 目的探讨Syndecan1(CD138)在喉鳞状细胞癌组织细胞中的表达与喉鳞癌病理分级、临床分期间的相互关系。研究Syndecan-1表达与喉鳞癌生物学行为的相关性以及Syndecan-1检测对喉癌预后评估的临床意义。方法应用SP免疫组织化学法检测32例喉鳞癌石蜡标本(实验组)和10例喉部正常或慢性炎症的黏膜上皮标本(对照组)的Syndecan-1分子的表达情况,并根据阳性细胞占细胞总数的比率进行半定量分析和统计检验。结果Syndecan-1的阳性染色部位主要集中于细胞膜,其表达与组织学分化、肿瘤大小、有否淋巴结转移、3年生存率等临床特征密切相关。结论Syndecan1检测结果可以作为喉癌预后评估的有效生物学指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe Syndecan-1 expression and the relationship with clinicopathologic factors in primary laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) and get an initial evaluation of Syndecan-1 expression in laryngeal cancer. Methods Syndecan-1 protein was determined with immunohistochemical technique. Results Statistically significant correlations were observed between Syndecan-1 expression and patient survival, clinical stage of disease, various stages of histological differentiation of the carcinomas, according to the presence or absence of metastatic changes in the regional lymph nodes. Conclusion The result suggests that Syndecan-1 could be an important and useful prognostic factor in SCC of the Larynx.更多还原
