轮压荷载作用下吊车梁承压应力分析
Bearing stress of crane runway girders under wheel loads
【摘要】 对工字形吊车梁在轮压作用下腹板内的承压应力进行了有限元分析,以确定腹板计算高度处的承压应力及其在腹板内的扩散规律.通过参数分析发现,影响承压应力扩散的主要因素为腹板的厚度和轨道惯性矩,翼缘的惯性矩也有一定的影响,吊车梁的跨度、高度以及支座条件对其影响很小.借助弹性地基梁理论,结合对数值结果的分析,拟合了有钢轨的吊车梁腹板计算高度处等效承压长度的计算公式,与国内外规范的各种公式进行了对比.通过数据拟合,得到了承压应力沿腹板高度的变化规律.
【Abstract】 A numerical study was conducted on three-dimensional finite element models to analyze the dispersion of bearing stresses of webs in I-shaped crane runway girders under wheel loads.Investigation of the influences of various geometric parameters on the stress distribution showed that the most important factors influencing the stress dispersion are the web thickness and the inertia moment of the rail,while the inertia moment of the top flange has only minor influence.The depth and length of the girder and its boundary conditions have negligible effect.Based on the theory of beams on elastic foundation and the numerical results,design equations were proposed to predict the bearing stresses on the edge of the web panel and the variation of bearing stresses along the depth of the web.
