具有全局收敛性的彩色图像去噪模型
Color image denoising model with global convergence
【摘要】 针对彩色图像去噪问题,提出了一个具有自适应性的去噪迭代模型.该模型继承了全变分泛函(TV)保护彩色图像局部特征的性质,并基于Kacanov方法收敛性的条件的要求改进了全变分泛函,从而用 Kacanov方法证明了新模型所给出的耦合偏微分方程组的解序列的全局收敛性.实验结果表明,耦合偏微分方程组较好地处理了去噪过程中不同色彩分量之间的相互影响,有效地抑制了去噪后图像相比于原图的色彩失真问题;并在去噪的同时有效地保护了原彩色图像的主要局部特征.
【Abstract】 A new adaptive iteration model was proposed for color image denoising problem. The proposed model inherited the property of the total variation(TV) which preserved the local image characters while denoising, and modified the total variation based on the conditions of the Kacanov method. Coupling partial differential equations (PDEs) were derived from the model, and the global convergence of the solution serials to the coupling PDEs’ were proved by using Kacanov method.The experimental results show that the coupling PDEs deal with the affections among different chromatic channels, and restrain effectively the chromatic distortion problem comparing the denoising images to those corresponding original noise images in the same denoising process.
