【Abstract】 With the development of electronic technology, computers are used in many research fields widely. But the computer systems used as industrial control are extremely different from other computer systems used as computation and management in science and technology because the work environments of them are very terrible and their normal running and working are threaten by much disturbing around each time. Once the control systems come to failure and trouble, the accidents will probably occur in a severe situation. Therefore, safe reliability should be put in the first considerable step and case in the design of system.
