【Abstract】 The article has discussed the meanings of the basic words (basic movements) of the Chinese sign language,and the similarities and the differences between the sign language and the normal language. It figures that the <Chinese sign language>(revised edition two) includes the letter figure language and the gesture language;15 different types of performing are listed.
