Skp2在导管上皮不典型增生和乳腺癌表达及意义的初步研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨Skp2高表达与乳腺癌发生及生物学行为的关系。方法:采用EnVision免疫组化法检测正常组织、导管上皮不典型增生、导管原位癌各30例和56例浸润性癌中Skp2的表达水平,并分析Skp2高表达与乳腺癌发生及生物学行为的关系。结果:Skp2阳性表达率在正常组织、导管上皮不典型增生、导管原位癌、浸润性癌中总体上有差异(χ2=54.02,P<0.005)。导管原位癌中Skp2阳性表达率高于正常组织(χ2=21.82,P<0.005),且与导管上皮不典型增生差异也有显著性(χ2=5.08,P<0.025);浸润性癌Skp2阳性表达率显著高于导管原位癌(χ2=6.52,P<0.01);浸润性癌伴淋巴结转移阳性组Skp2阳性表达率显著高于淋巴结阴性组(χ2=7.38,P<0.025);Skp2阳性表达率在浸润性癌组织学Ⅰ~Ⅱ级与组织学Ⅲ级之间差异有显著性(χ2=6.66,P<0.01)。结论:Skp2高表达在乳腺癌发生和生物学行为中可能有重要作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between S-phase kinase associated protein 2(Skp2) high expression and the carcinogenesis and the biological behavior in breast cancer. Methods Skp2 expression was detected in samples of 30 normal tissue, 30 atypical ductal carcinoma, 30 in situ ductal carcinoma and 56 invasive carcinoma using EnVision immunochemical method. The relationship between Skp2 high expression and the carcinogenesis and the biological behavior in breast cancer was analyzed. Results The rates of Skp2 expression were different among the different samples (χ2=54.02,P<0.005). The positive rate of Skp2 in the in situ ductal carcinoma was higher than that in the normal tissue (χ2=21.82,P<0.005). There was significant difference in the positive rate of Skp2 between the in situ ductal carcinoma and the atypical ductal hyperplasia (χ2=5.08,P<0.025). The positive rate of Skp2 was obviously higher in the invasive carcinoma than that in the in situ ductal carcinoma (χ2=6.52,P<0.01). The positive rate of Skp2 in the invasive carcinoma with positive lymph nodes was remarkably higher than that with negative lymph nodes (χ2=7.38,P<0.025). Significant difference also existed between the histological grade 1 to 2 and grade 3 in the invasive carcinoma (χ2=6.66,P<0.01). Conclusions Skp2 high expression may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and the biological behavior of breast cancer.
