【Abstract】 The vocational education bears the great responsibility for training high quality labors with technical ability. A large amount of technical cadres were required by the geological and prospecting industry in its sustainable development. On the basis of investigation on the technical cadres in the geological and prospecting industry in Anhui province and the analysis on the various advantages of training technical cadres by the industry-run vocational college in the light of the characteristics of the geological and prospecting industry, the author expound the patterns and means of training technical cadres in the geological and prospecting industry such as order-form of training and the correspondence education.更多还原
