【摘要】 文章概述了国土资源领域国际标准和国外先进标准现状 ;分析研究了引入资格人和资格评估师制度 ,适时等同采用国际资源 储量报告标准 ,建立我国勘查协议规范相关标准 ,修改采用国外地籍管理、土地登记先进标准及加拿大矿权管理系列标准等我国国土资源领域当前采标的几项重点内容 ;提出了做好“采标”工作的配套措施建议更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper introduces the current situation of international standard and foreign advanced standard; and studies the introduction of qualified personnel and credential evaluating workers system; timely adopts international resources or reserve report standard; establishes standard relating to exploration agreement specification; revises and adopts the foreign cadastre management, advanced standard for land registration and Canadian series standards for mining rights management.
