基于十八边形磁链轨迹的异步电机DTC系统及其仿真研究
Asynchronous Motor’s DTC System Based on 18-Angular Flux Trace and Its Simulation
【摘要】 异步电动机直接转矩控制 (DTC)系统中 ,低速区一般采用精度高的圆形磁链轨迹控制 ;高速区由于开关频率限制 ,一般采用基于六边形磁链轨迹控制 ,定子电流高次谐波成分大 ,影响系统性能并污染电网。本文分析了一种高速区基于内陷十八边形磁链轨迹的DTC系统 ,并进行了仿真研究。结果表明 ,这种方法简单易行 ,大大改善了电流波形 ,有着良好的应用价值与前景。
【Abstract】 The Direct Torque Control (DTC) with round flux trace control has high accuracy and is normally used in low speed. In higher speed area, limited by switching fr equency, 6-angular flux trace control is generally used, but it has high harmoni c components and does harm the system’s performance and the power network. To ha ndle this problem, a new method based on invaginated 18-angular flux trace contr ol is presented in this paper, and simulation research is carried out. The resul ts show that this method greatly reduces harmonic components in stator current, and has good application prospects.
