【摘要】 目的了解20年综合防治后光泽县地方性克汀病防治效果。方法采用PPS抽样法和随机整群抽样法进行调查。结果儿童甲状腺肿大率从防治前的56.41%下降到3.92%,尿碘中位数306.5μg/L,居民碘盐覆盖率为96.11%,合格碘盐食用率为90.28%,供应碘盐第二年后未再出现新发的地方性克汀病病人。结论光泽县碘盐合格率、儿童的尿碘水平和甲状腺肿大率等指标均达到了消除碘缺乏病的标准,并实现了消除地方性克汀病的预期目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the present situation of iodine deficiency disorder after a twenty-year prevention and cure in the city of Guangze. Methods Using PPS sampling and randomized cluster sampling method, the investigation was undertaken. Results Thyroid swelling rate of children decreased from 56.41% to 3.92%. The median of urine iodine was 306.5 μg/L; Iodized salt covered 96.11% of people. 90.28% of the household consumed qualified iodized salt. There was no new endemic disease patient ever since the second year of supplying iodized salt. Conclusions The percentage of eating qualified iodized salt, thyroid swelling rate and the median of urine iodine of children in the city of Guangze reach the standard of eliminating iodine deficiency disorder, thus the anticipated goal of eliminating endemic disease is achieved.更多还原
