高氟地区新生儿脐血血清骨钙素与降钙素测定及分析

【摘要】 目的探讨高氟地区新生儿脐血血清骨钙素(BGP)、降钙素(CT)水平的变化。方法采集高氟地区新生儿脐血标本,采用放免方法分别测定脐血血清BGP、CT的水平。结果高氟地区新生儿脐血血清BGP平均值高于正常地区新生儿,差异有统计学意义(t=3.0139,P<0.01);高氟地区新生儿脐血血清CT平均值低于正常地区新生儿,但差异没有统计学意义(t=1.9249,P>0.05)。结论揭示了高氟地区新生儿骨代谢的改变,为防治地方性氟中毒从围产期做起提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 Objective To determine serum osteocalcin and calcitonin concentrations in cord blood of newborn infants in excess-fluoride-area. Methods The specimens of cord blood of neonatal infants in excess-fluoride-area and normal district were collected. Radioimmunoassay was used to measure serum osteocalcin and calcitonin levels. Results The average level of serum osteocalcin in excess-fluoride-area was higher than that in normal district with a significant difference(t = 3.013 9,P < 0.01),while the average level of serum calcitonin in excess-fluoride-area was lower than that in normal district,but the difference was not significant(t = 1.924 9,P > 0.05). Conclusions Characteristic of neonatal metabolic bone is revealed, which provide a theoretical base for prevention and cure of endemic fluorosis in perinatal period.
