非接触型超声电机的圆筒形定子的振型测量技术
Modal Shape Measurement of Cylindrical Stator in Non-Contact Ultrasonic Motor
【摘要】 用壳体理论对圆筒非接触型超声电机的圆筒形定子建模,得到了定子振型的筒壁径向振幅、端面垂向振幅和筒壁母线的径向振幅的理论关系。利用这个关系,提出一种间接测量圆筒周向振幅分布的方法。最后,通过实验验证了该方法的实用性,并指出该方法不仅适用于圆筒低阶振型的测量,对复杂的高阶振型也同样适用
【Abstract】 Based on the theory of shell, the model of cylindrical stator in non-contact ultrasonic motor was built. Then the relationship between radial amplitude, axial amplitude and generatrix amplitude was deduced. By using the relationship, an indirect method of measuring circumferential amplitude was founded. The practicability of the method was proved by experiments. Both the low order modal and the high order modal could be measured by this method.
