模态信息探伤的实验研究
EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF DAMAGE DETECTION BASED ON MODE INFORMATION
【摘要】 以往常规的损伤探测方法多存在着测量结果不能达到损伤探测精度的要求,例如测量点数量不够、测量信号不够精确、测量时所使用的传感器会造成附加质量等。而激光测振仪的使用能够较好地解决这些问题。利用激光测振仪对板结构的损伤位置识别进行研究,给出损伤位置的识别方法,并通过实验进行了验证。
【Abstract】 In the past, in experiment of damage detection, usually some accelerometers are glued to the structure to pick the experiment data. The attached mass of accelerometer will affect the accuracy of experimental result. To increase the density and accuracy of measurement, the Scanning Laser Doppler Vibrometer (SLDV) provides a unique solution because of its non-contacting, dense, and accurate measurement capability. In this paper, the structural damage Location is detected by changes of the mode shape measured by the SLDV.
