虚拟振强分析仪设计
DESIGN OF THE VIBRATION INTENSITY ANALYZER BASED ON VIRTUAL INSTRUMENT
【摘要】 基于平板结构振动强度测量的理论和通道相位补偿方法,采用图形化编程语言LabVIEW,设计了虚拟振动强度分析仪。该仪器具有数据采集、通道相位补偿、振强计算、信号分析以及振强可视化功能,且参数控制全部通过图形用户界面进行。与传统仪器相比,虚拟振强仪数据处理及振强可视化能力强,面板操作方便,易于扩展和性价能比高。
【Abstract】 Based on the theories of vibration intensity measurements and methods for compensation of phase deflections between channels, a virtual vibration intensity analyzer is developed using the advanced graphic language Labview. The developed instrument has functions of phase deflections compensation between channels, data acquisition, vibration intensity calculation, signal processing, and vibration intensity visualization.The control of parameters of the virtual vibration intensity analyzer is processed throuth the graphic interface. Compared with the traditional instruments. the virtual vibration intensity analyzer has high abilities of data processing and vibration intensity visualization and its interface is easy to handle. The analyzer is also convenient to be extended and has a high ratio of performance to price.
