【摘要】 目的　探讨卵巢甲状腺肿类癌的临床及病理组织学特征。方法　应用光镜观察及免疫组化染色对 2例卵巢甲状腺肿类癌进行病理分析 ,同时复习相关文献。结果　肿瘤主要由类癌和甲状腺肿两种成分构成。免疫组化 :类癌细胞CgA、Syn(+) ,Tg和降钙素 (CT) (- )。结论　卵巢甲状腺肿类癌是一种具有独特临床病理学特征的生殖细胞肿瘤 ,伴有甲状腺滤泡分化更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical and pathologic features of strumal carcinoid of the ovary. Methods Two cases of strumal carcinoid of the ovary were studied by microscopy and immunohistochemistry, with review of related literature. Results The tumor had distinct components of carcinoid and struma. The immunohistochemistry of the former was positive for CgA, Syn, but negative for Tg, calcitonin. Conclusion Strumal carcinoid of the ovary is a rare germ cell tumour with thyroid follicle differenciation.更多还原
