【摘要】 目的　探讨微囊性附属器癌的临床病理特征及诊断、鉴别诊断。方法　对 1例发生于上唇的微囊性附属器癌进行临床病理分析。结果　微囊性附属器癌镜下表现多样 ,肿瘤上部角质囊肿较多 ,看似良性 ,并向毛发方向分化 ,中部有鳞状细胞岛等 ,深部有腺样结构 ,似汗管瘤 ,并见细胞簇及细胞条索 ,组织结构有明显异型性并累及横纹肌。结论　微囊性附属器癌是一种少见的恶性肿瘤 ,组织学形态需与良性及其他恶性的皮肤肿瘤相鉴别。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinicopathologic featur es and differential diagnosis of microcystic adnexal carcinoma in the ski n. Methods A case of microcystic adnexal carcinoma was inve stigated by light microscopy. Results Microcystic adnexal carcinoma presented variations under microscope, there was more keratin-filled cysts with ha ir differention that seemed benign in the upper part of the tumor, squamous cell islands in the middle, adenoid structure like sweat duct tumor, cell clusters and cords that had obvious atypia in tissue structure and invaded skeletal muscle. Conclusions Microcystic adnexal carcinoma is rare, and differential diagnostic considerations of the tumor should include benign and malignent tumor of skin.更多还原
