HPLC法测定雷公藤药材及其片剂中雷公藤对醌H

【摘要】 目的建立雷公藤及其片剂中雷公藤对醌H测定的HPLC法。方法外标法,AgilentZorbaxSC-C8色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-水(75∶25)为流动相,检测波长为258nm,体积流量为1.0mL/min。结果雷公藤对醌H线性范围为6.28~100.5μg/mL(r=0.9997),雷公藤药材的平均回收率为96.94%,RSD为1.57%(n=9);昆明山海棠片的平均回收率为100.02%,RSD为1.74%(n=9)。结论方法准确、灵敏,可作为雷公藤属药材及片剂中雷公藤对醌H的定量分析方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To develop an HPLC method for determination of triptoquinone H in Tripterygium wilfordii and its Tablet preparations. Methods An external method with Agilent Zorbax SC-C8(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column as fixed phase and methanol-water (75∶25) as mobile phase was adopted. The detective wavelength was 258 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The linearity range of triptoquinone was 6.28 — 100.5 μg/mL (r=0.999 7). The average recovery of T. wilfordii was 96.94%, RSD was 1.57% (n=9) and the average recovery of T. hypoglaucum Tablet was 100.02%, RSD was 1.74% (n=9). Conclusion The method is accurate and sensitive. It is adoptable for quantity analysis of triptoquinone H in T. wilfordii and its Tablet.
