产妇康颗粒质量标准的研究

【摘要】 目的:建立产妇康颗粒(黄芪、益母草、枳壳、仙鹤草、生地等)的质量标准。方法:采用TLC对处方中的益母草、枳壳、仙鹤草、生地进行鉴别,用高效液相色谱蒸发光散射检测器(HPLCELSD)法测定了黄芪甲苷的含量。结果:TLC鉴别专属性强,分离度好;黄芪甲苷对照品在0.336~2.016μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9994,加样回收率97.13,RSD为1.3。结论:本方法简便准确、灵敏度高,可用于产妇康颗粒的质量控制。

【Abstract】 AIM: To establish a method for the quality standard of Chanfukang Granules (Radix Astragali, Herba Leonuri, Fructus Aurantii, Herba Agrimoniae, Radix Rehmanniae, etc.). METHODS: TLC was used for identification of Herba Leonuri, Fructus Aurantii, Herba Agrimoniae, Radix Rehmanniae. The content of astragaloside Ⅳ was determined by HPLC-ELSD. RESULTS: The TLC identification was highly specific and the spots clear and concentrated. The linear range of astragaloside Ⅳ was 0.336-2.016 μg, r=0.999 4. The average recovery was 97.13% and RSD was 1.3%. CONCLUSION: The method is simple and accurate. It can be used for quality control of Chanfukang Granules.
