【摘要】 目的探讨加减温经汤治疗月经病实寒证的作用机制,并从治疗角度反证月经病实寒证与5HT、βEP及生殖激素的关系。方法对60例月经病实寒证患者给与加减温经汤治疗,连续服药3个月经周期。观察临床疗效,并测定治疗前后血清5HT、βEP及生殖激素的变化。结果近期临床治愈22例(36.7),有效28例(45.7),无效10例(17.6)。治疗后血清FSH、LH、E2、βEP较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.01),PRL、5HT明显降低(均为P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论加减温经汤在治疗月经病实寒证的同时,有改善生殖内分泌激素、调节致痛物质及镇痛物质的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To observe the treatment effectiveness of menopathy of excessive-cold syndrome by Modified Wenjing Decoction, and to explore the relationship among excessive-cold syndrome of menopathy and 5-HT,β-EP, and reproduetive hormones. METHODS: Sixty patients with menopathy of excess-cold syndrome were successively treated with Modified Wenjing Decoction for three menstrual cycles. The efficacy and the changes of serum 5-HT, Bendorphine（β-EP） and reproductive hormones before and after treatment were observed. RESULTS: 22 patients（36.7%） were short-term therapeutic effect, 28 patients（45.7%） were effective and 10 patients（17.6%） were ineffective. After treatment, the levels of serum FSH、LH、E₂、β-EP were increased significantly （P<0.05, P< 0.05 , P<0.05, P<0.01） higher than those before treatment and the levels of serum PRL,5-HT were decreased significantly less（both P<0.05） than those before treatment. All of them had statistical significance. CONCLUSION: Modified Wenjing Decoction could improve the reproductive hormones and adjust the algogenic and analgesic substances undergoing treatment in patients with menopathy of excessive-cold syndrome.更多还原
