【摘要】 目的建立了固精片的质量标准(乳香、香附、木香等)。方法采用TLC法对处方中乳香、香附、木香进行鉴别;用HPLC法测定木香烃内酯的含量。结果薄层斑点清晰,专属性强。含量测定线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.1,RSD为1.25(n=5)。结论该方法简便准确,重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To establish the quality standard for Gujing Tablets (Olibanum, Rhizoma Cyperi, Radix Aucklandia, etc.). METHODS: Olibanuln, Rhizoma Cyperi, Radix Aucklandia were identified by TLC, and costuslactone content in Radix Aucklandia was determined by HPLC. RESULTS: The TLC identification was highly specific and spots were clear. Costuslactone in Radix Aucklandia showed a good linear relationship. The average recovery was 99.1% (RSD=1.2% and n=5). CONCLUSION: The methods are simple, reliable and have a good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of Gujing Tablets.更多还原
