山绿茶不同炮制品的质量研究
Quality study of different processing products of Hainan holly
【摘要】 目的:建立山绿茶不同炮制品的质量研究方法。方法:采用TLC法鉴别山绿茶不同炮制品中芦丁和绿原酸,并采用高效液相色谱法测定山绿茶不同炮制品中芦丁的含量。结果:芦丁进样量在0.11~0.55μg之间与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9995。平均回收率为99.47,RSD为0.41。结论:本法灵敏,简便,重现性好,可用于山绿茶不同炮制品的质量控制。
【Abstract】 AIM To establish the methods for quality control of different processed products of Hainan holly. METHODS Rutin and chlorgenic acid in Hainan holly had been indentified by TLC, and rutin in different processing products of Hainan holly was determined by HPLC. RESULTS The linear range of rutin was good from 0.11 to 0.55 μg, r = 0.999 5 . The average recovery was 99.47 % ( RSD = 0.41 % ). CONCLUSION The method is accurate, simple and reproducible and can be applied to the quality control of the different processing products of Hainan holly.
