【摘要】 目的建立蒿蓝感冒颗粒的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对板蓝根、一枝蒿进行定性鉴别;并应用高效液相色谱法对其中的对乙酰氨基酚;盐酸伪麻黄碱进行含量测定。结果薄层色谱法均能对板蓝根、一枝蒿进行专属定性分析;对乙酰氨基酚、盐酸伪麻黄碱分别在80μg·mL-1～200μg·mL-1((r=0.9999));20μg·mL-1～120μg·mL-1(r=0.9998)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为99.7%(RSD=0.89%)和100.1%(RSD=1.1%)。结论所建立的方法可准确地进行定性、定量检测,能排除其他成分干扰,重复性好。可作为该制剂的质量控制和评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To establish quality standard for Haolanganmao Granules. METHODS: Herba Achilleae, Radix Isatidis were identified by TLC. The content of paracetamol, pseudoephedrine in the granules were assayed by HPLC. RESULTS: Herba Achilleae, Radix Isatidis could be indetified by TLC. Paracetamol and pseudoephedrine showed a good linear relationship at the range of 80 μg·mL~-1 -200 μg·mL~-1 ( r=0.999 8); and 20 μg·mL~-1 -120 μg·mL~-1 (r=0.999 9), respectively. The recoveries were 99.7% (RSD=0.81%) and ~100.1% (RSD=1.1%), respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is accurate and can be used for the quality control of Haolanganmao Granules.更多还原
