中药浓缩过程模拟与控制——中药浓缩过程的温度变化模拟

【摘要】 目的:考察中药提取液浓缩过程中沸点变化与溶剂组成和溶质浓度的关系。方法:常压浓缩4类典型中药材(丹 参、野菊花、大青叶、黄芪),记录不同浓度时的沸点,绘制关联沸点与当量浓度关系曲线。结果:在相同的浓度下,不同类 型药材的沸点升高值不同。结论:在浓缩过程中,要综合考虑溶剂和溶质两者的影响。

【Abstract】 AIM: To observe the change of boiling point in the concentration of medical herb’s extract liquor. METHODS: Extract liquors of typical herb. such as Radix salviae Miltiorrhizae, Flos chrysanthemi indici, Folium isatidis and Radix Astragli, were concentrated in the normal pressure, its boiling-points and mol concentrations were recorded and its curve was depicted. RESULTS: At the same concentration, the boiling points of different kinds of Chinese medicinal material is different. CONCLUSION: In the concentration process of distillation the change of solvent and solute should be taken into account.
