【摘要】 目的采用高效液相色谱法建立蔓荆子药材的指纹图谱研究方法。方法以HypersiODS2为色谱柱,流动相为甲醇和水梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为270nm。结果精密度和重复性试验中各共有峰相对峰面积的RSD均小于5,符合有关规定。结论本方法可作为控制蔓荆子药材内在质量控制的标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To establish HPLC fingerprint of Viticis Fructus. METHODS: Hypersi ODS2 column was used, with mixtures of methanol and water as mobile phase in a gradient mode. The detection wavelength was set at 270 nm . The flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min -1 . RESULTS: The RSD% of precision and reproducibility was less than 5%.
