一种聚合物驱后深部调剖用HPAM/Cr3+冻胶体系

【摘要】 针对孤岛油田砂岩油藏的地质特点,用可延缓释放Cr3+的一种有机铬交联剂与延缓剂配合,研制了深部调剖用的一种聚合物(HPAM)/有机铬冻胶体系,由冻胶强度级别的划分定性地测定成冻时间和突破真空度的方法定量测定冻胶强度,并作出了成冻时间及强度等值图。实验结果表明HPAM/Cr3+冻胶交联时间可调,冻胶体系成冻时间可调1~18d,成冻后强度高。聚合物驱后,继续向地层中注入一定量的组合深部调剖剂,能有效地提高采收率。

【Abstract】 The profile- control oil-displacement agent for formation far from wellhore is obtained through formula lion of HPAM based polymer compound and Cr3+ cross -linking agent.The gelling time is qualitatively determined by the classification of gel strength,and the gel strength is quantitatively measured by breakthrough vacuum method The gelation time and gel strength under the conditions are evaluated, and the contour diagrams of gelation time and the strength are gained It is showed that the gelation time is ad justable from 1 to 18 days,and the strength is adjustable from -0 057 to - 0. 037MPa. From the contour diagrams the HPAM/Cr3+ gel suitable to special formation can be determined. Application of the gel after polymer flooding 0.1V enhance oil recovery about 30% in laboratory.
