DY-1高温发泡剂的流变性和稳定性研究
STUDY ON RHEOLOGICAL PROPERTY AND STABILITY OF DY -1 HIGH TEMPERATURE FOAMING A-GENT
【摘要】 泡沫流体是一种非牛顿流体,由于密度低、滤失量小、携砂能力强、助排能力强、稳定性好及对储层伤害小等优良特性,能够防止作业液漏失、有效保护油气层,在低压井中可以应用泡沫流体来解除地层或防砂工具的堵塞。解堵所用的泡沫必须具有很高的发泡和稳泡能力,并且具有抗高温、抗油的特性,DY - 1高温发泡剂本身就具有抗高温的特性,室内试验证明它是一种幂律流体,同时也具有高发泡能力、高稳定性以及抗油性能。
【Abstract】 Foam is a kind of non - Newtonian fluid. With its fine characteristics of low density, low filtration, high ability of sand carrying and discharge, stability, low damage to the subterranean formation and so on, it can avoid the leakage of job fluid and protect the hydrocarbon reservoir, and it can relieve the plugging of the formation or sand prevention tools in the low pressure wells by using the foam fluid. The foam used for broken down must be of high ability of foaming, stabilizing foam and resisting the high temperature and oil. DY ?1 high temperature foaming agent is able to resist the high temperature itself. Shop experimentation proved that it is a kind of power law fluid, and it has the high ability of foaming, stabilizing foam and resisting oil.
