套管膨胀后的抗挤强度计算
CALCULATION OF COLLAPSING STRENGTH FOR SOLID EXPANDABLE CASING
【摘要】 对膨胀套管膨胀后抗挤强度下降的原因进行了分析,考虑材料的包辛格效应及大的环向残余应力水平对套管抗挤强度的影响,对API屈服强度套管挤毁公式进行了修订,给出了膨胀后套管抗挤强度的计算方法,并对相关参数取值方法进行了讨论,以实测数据对理论计算结果进行了验证,证明修订后的公式具有高的计算精度。
【Abstract】 The paper analyzed the reason for the decreased collapsing rating of casing goods after expansion, takes into account of the influence of Bauschinger effect and transverse residual stress on collapsing resistance of solid expandable casings, the calculating method of post-expansion collapse resistance of solid expandable casings is proposed in the paper. Calculating results are compared with test data, and it is shown that the accuracy of results obtained with calculating method and formulas in this paper are both high.
