【Abstract】 Bone regeneration and repair after avascular necrosis of the femoral head are a complex process involving interactions of numerous kinds of cells. In the past decade when more and more cytokines have been identified and characterized, basic and clinical researches have found the efficacy of various cytokines in healing avascular necrosis of the femoral head. This article summarizes findings about some cytokines associated with treatment of avascular necrosis of the femoral head in order to deepen our understanding. The article also discusses the functions, current problems and future applications of cytokines in this field.更多还原
