可动态检测骨折断端压力的单边加压外固定架的设计与测评

【摘要】 目的研制一种可动态显示骨折断端压力的实用单边加压外固定架,并进行测评。方法通过在单边外固定架上加装加压器和触力传感器及压力显示仪以达到动态检测骨折断端压力的目的。结果该装置传感器在0~100kg范围内,其线性度和重复性优于1%,精确度达0.5kg。施加的压力和骨折断端显示的压力具有相关性。结论该外固定架可以较好的动态显示骨折断端的压力,为四肢管状骨骨折提供适度的轴向加压力以促进骨折愈合,有良好的临床应用前景。

【Abstract】 Objective To design a kind of unilateral extern al fixation which can continuously d isplay the pressure between fracture fragment s,and to test its performance.Methods A compression apparatus,a force sensor,and a pressure indicator were added to the unilateral external fi xator on order to display the dynamic changes of pressure between fracture fragme nts.Results The linearity and repeatability of t his device were better than 1%and its accuracy reached 0.5kg when t he feature force ranged from 0to 100kg.The added force was well correlate d to the pressure indicated between fr acture fragments.Conclusions Since the devise can exert an appropr iate axial pressure between fracture fragment s to foster the fracture healing and t he pressure can be continuously disp layed by the indicator,it can be applied widely i n clinical practice.[
