【摘要】 随着网络技术的迅猛发展以及高等学校学报办公自动化程度的加强,构建学报审稿网络系统条件已趋成熟。构建学报审稿网络系统,必须立足现有基础,先由各省(市、自治区)高等学校学报研究会牵头,以各高校学报编辑部为基本单位,在全省范围内搜集专家、学者资料,建立省级专家学者信息库,进而扩大网络构建范围,最终建立全国性高校学报审稿网络。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of Internet skill and the improvement of work automatics in editorial department in college and university, it is inevitable to set up the net of revising manuscripts. In the course of setting up the net, the provincial organization of editorial research should lead off and the editorial departments in college and university, according to its present available conditions, extensively collect the information of the specialists and scholars and build information warehouse about them according their specialties, then extend the net scope of the editorial revising manuscripts and finally build the net of editorial going over manuscripts in the whole nation.更多还原
