【Abstract】 The material of explosion cladding plates tube-sheet for the first ￣ fifth effect re-boiler is 16Mn (Ⅲ forging)+90Cu10Ni,The material of tubes is 90Cu10Ni(high flux tube, UOP offer) , SMAW is applied to tube-tubesheet fillets, joint configuration is the same as fig. 1B, the joints are required to 100% radiograph.
