【Abstract】 Rule of law is the route and guarantee to achieving democracy. Democracy can only achieve its final aims by the guide of law and the guarantee of basic human rights. On the basis of analyzing the problems existing in building rule of law, this article points out that democracy in China should be achieved by developing rule-of-law culture, putting into effect judicial independence, reforming the mode of law-making, and strengthening judicial supervision.更多还原
