催乳素受体基因对大白、长白猪产仔数的影响

【摘要】采用PCR-RFLP法对大白、长白猪进行催乳素受体(PRLR)基因多态性检测,结果表明,两个品种的PRLR等位基因B频率略高于等位基因A频率,大白母猪PRLR基因型为AA的各胎平均产仔数比AB型高1.62头(P<0.05),比BB型高2.41头(P<0.05);长白母猪AA型比AB型和BB型相应高1.32和3.33头(P<0.05)。更多还原

【Abstract】 The PCR-RFLP method was applied to test the polymorphism of prolactin receptor(PRLR)gene in Large White and Landrace pigs.The results showed that the allele B frequency was higher than A frequency.The average litter size of AA genotype in Large White were 1.62(P<0.05)and 2.41(P<0.05)higher respectively than compared with genotype AB and BB.The same trait of AA genotype in Landrace were 1.32 and 3.33(P<0.05)higher respectively than compared with genotype AB and BB.更多还原
