【Abstract】 Environment Evaluation Project is a form of environmental affect evaluation, which is strategic and forward-looking. In order to make an accurate analysis and evaluation of environmental affect, the essay takes a county in south Sichuan Province as example to illustrate how to apply the System Dynamic Model (SD Model) to the general planning of the county. The SD Model can be used to imitate, analyze and evaluate the environmental affect during the enforcement of the general plan.
