【Abstract】 Advocated by the Ministry of Education of China, Shanghai Foreign Language Education Press has developed a net teaching system-New Perspective College English. On the basis of Constructivism and Humanism, emphasis is laid on self-access language learning, which embodies the contemporary notion of foreign language teaching.
