【摘要】 目的:提高超声对三尖瓣下移畸形的诊断能力。方法:观察45例三尖瓣下移畸形的超声心动图和经胸超声特征,并与手术结果进行对照。结果:45例中,三尖瓣隔瓣、后瓣同时下移33例,仅三尖瓣后瓣下移7例,仅三尖瓣隔瓣下移4例,三尖瓣隔瓣、后瓣、前瓣同时下移仅一例。其中心外科手术治疗34例,误诊1例,漏诊2例,手术证实超声诊断综合符合率为91%。结论:超声诊断三尖瓣下移畸形准确、简便、无创。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the echocardiographic diagnostic ability in ebstein’s anomaly.Methods To observe and analyze the characters of the transthoracic echocardiography in 45 patients who were diagnosed to have ECD.Results Among the 45 cases,33 cases were diagnosed as Ebstein’s abnomaly with displacement of septal and inferior leaflets;7 cases with displacement of inferior leaflet;4 cases with displacement of septal leaflet and only 1 case with displacement of all the leaflets;34 cases were comfirmed by surgery with 1 cases being misdiagnosed and 2 being unidentified, and the accuracy of echocardiography for diagnosis was 91%.Conclusions Echocardiography is a reliable,convenient and non-invasive examination method in the diagnosis of Ebstein’s abnomaly.更多还原
