【摘要】 目的建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定蓝芩口服液中栀子苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%三氟乙酸水溶液(27:73),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为238nm。结果:栀子苷的检测浓度线性范围为17.5～560μg/m(lr=1.0000),平均加样回收率为99.62%,样品平均含量为1.01%。结论:本法操作简便、快捷、灵敏度高,可用于蓝芩口服液的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of geniposide in Lanqin koufuye. Method kromasil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm) was applied ,the mobile phases consisted of CH 3 OH-0.1%TFA(27:73),the flow rate was 1.0ml/min and the detection wave- length at 238nm. Result The linear scope was 17.5～560μg/m(lr=1.0000),average recovery of geniposide was 99.62% and the average determination of geniposide was 2.52%. Conclusion The method is convenient and sensitive and can be used the quality control of the Lanqin koufuye.更多还原
