1-MCP处理对不同成熟度番茄果实Le-ETR4表达的影响
Effect of 1-MCP Treatment on Le-ETR4 Expression of Harvested Tomato Fruit at Different Maturation Stages
【摘要】 以樱桃番茄(Lycopersicon esculentum)品种‘卡罗’果实为材料,研究了1-MCP处理对不同成熟度果实采后20℃贮藏过程中乙烯受体Le-ETR4表达和乙烯释放水平的影响。结果表明:1-MCP处理可以抑制跃变上升期(破色期)番茄果实乙烯释放及Le-ETR4表达;对跃变前期(绿熟)和跃变高峰期(粉红期)果实Le-ETR4表达也有抑制作用,但对乙烯释放无明显影响;对跃变下降期(红熟期)果实Le-ETR4表达不仅无明显影响,反而促进了乙烯释放。
【Abstract】 Effects of 1-MCP on expression of ethylene receptor Le-ETR4 and ethylene production rate in harvested cherry tomato(Lycopersicon esculentum) fruit at different maturation stages were investigated in this study.1-MCP treatment reduced Le-ETR4 expression and ethylene production rate of turning fruit,and inhibited the Le-ETR4 expression of green mature and pink fruit at 20℃.However,1-MCP treatment had no significant influence on ethylene production rate of green mature and pink fruit at 20℃.Furthermore, 1-MCP treatment accelerated ethylene production rate but had no obvious effect on the Le-ETR4 expression in red ripe fruit.
