东方百合新品种‘红云3号’和‘红云5号’

【摘要】以东方百合‘星球战士’(Lilium‘Starfighter’)和‘蒂伯’(L.‘Tiber’)品种为材料,采用秋水仙素结合组织培养进行四倍体育种,从中选育出东方百合四倍体新品种‘红云3号’和‘红云5号’。整体性状优于国外同类二倍体品种,适应性强,抗寒,易繁殖。更多还原

【Abstract】 Lilium‘Starfighter’and ‘Tiber’are treated with colchicines in vitro,the tetraploid population of the two varieties are obtained. ‘Hongyun 3’and‘Hongyun 5’are selected from the tetraploid population.The tetraploid varieties are better than its diploid varieties in major characteristics. Strong adaptability to cold, and easy propagation,both of two new varieties are good cut-flowers.更多还原
