【摘要】 采用有机溶剂浸提法从苦瓜中提取了降糖物质。通过正交实验得最佳反应条件为:浸提剂乙醇浓度75%,温度0.5℃,pH值3.0,时间24h。该条件下收率达新鲜苦瓜质量的0.87%。红外光谱定性分析验证了产品为蛋白类物质;HPLC定性分析表明产品中含有三至四种蛋白类物质。更多还原

【Abstract】 The extraction conditions of lowering blood sugar substance from mormordica charantia L were optimized by orthogonal design.The result showed the optimized conditions were as follows: extraction pH 3.0,extraction temperature 0.5 ℃,extraction time 24h,extraction solvent 75%.The recovery is 0.87% under the optimized condition.IR qualitative analysis well tested and verified the output was plant insulin.The HPLC qualitative analysis indicated that there were three or four proteins in the output.更多还原
