【Abstract】 The cutterhead driving hydraulic system is one of the most important hydraulic systems for a shield tunnel boring machine. A cutterhead driving hydraulic system with electric proportional power self-adaptiving control and a system with variable frequency control are introduced respectively. The working principles and characteristics are also discussed.
